Can Technology Change How We Experience Reality? A Free Lecture in Zagreb
How do immersive technologies change the way we experience the world around us?
Tonight, Zagreb's Cultural and Information Centre (KIC) hosts Belgian visual artist and researcher Eric Joris for a lecture exploring the relationship between the human body, technology and perception.
Joris is the founder and artistic director of CREW, an interdisciplinary collective known for combining art, science and immersive performance. His work explores experiences that go beyond simply watching a screen — inviting audiences to consider what it means to feel present in another environment.
The lecture is part of the Eurokaz School of Performing Arts and is particularly interesting for visitors curious about contemporary art, theatre and emerging technologies.
